Hi, I’m Lisa Christiansen, an executive leadership coach and facilitator.
As a highly-skilled developer of people, my role is to facilitate the personal development and learning of individual executives and teams.
But, before I tell you any more about me, I’ll let you in on a little secret.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to being a successful leader.

True leaders are intentional, using mindfulness and an individualized approach to guiding their teams. It’s my job to help you unleash your full leadership potential, so you can focus on bringing business and people together and delivering outstanding performance and results.
My passion lies in helping professionals excel in their careers, not by someone else’s standards, but by what works best for them and their teams. By combining experiential training techniques, state of the art behavioral assessments, and my many years of coaching experience, we’ll work together to tailor a coaching experience individualized to your specific needs.
For almost thirty years, I’ve held management and coaching roles at IKEA, working locally, nationally, and internationally with high-potential company leaders and leadership teams. In this time, I’ve designed and implemented training programs, performed executive coaching, interpreted behavioral assessments, and facilitated team-building exercises to participants across the United States and Europe.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach, accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and certified by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and was formally educated at Thomas Jefferson University.
You can find me working individually with leaders, facilitating team building activities, and presenting for large-scale events, while also planning and running fundamental and senior leadership programs. I have been a featured speaker for ICF Philadelphia on topics such as internal coaching and introducing mindfulness in the corporate environment.
One of my favorite ways to work with clients is through my certifications in Dr. Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ program and the Conversational Intelligence® program. These give me the ability to facilitate and speak on building deeper connections while also creating courageous work cultures.
In addition to coaching executives and teams to maximize their potential, I’ve served on the board for ICF Philadelphia, volunteer as a coach for the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, and offer pro-bono coaching for the Women Vets Rock.
Now that you’ve gotten to know me, learn more about how we can work together.
